Project 1 :  The Rise of Civilization

 

Task:

 Produce a graphical time-line calender and culture journal of the ancient civilizations in Southeast Asia.

Journal of Vietnam from Woanchyin Chew

From this project, I have learnt more about the Vietnam. I have explored to the rise of human civilization through the research and analysis. I also studied the change of Vietnamese living in the Dynasty Tran. Thus, I have analysed the history of Vietnam and combined into a timeline as shown on the journal above.

Project 2 :  Messages from The Past

 

Task (Part 1) :

Propose a play in video format from a specific civilization and conduct a thorough research of the characteristics of the events chosen and perform the findings to the class in any form of presentations deemed best.

The historical movie we got is The Three Musketeers and I acted as Cardinal Richelieu and one of the musketeers, Pothus.

Task (Part 2) :

Create a journal of our character that would demonstrate your understanding of the chosen elements from Part 1.




After this assignment, I have explored the similarities and differences between Eastern and Western civilizations. I am able to recall the development of Eastern and Western human civilizations in the past as well as present. Thus, I am able to demonstrate good documentation and presentation skills.

Project 3 :  Postcard series

Task:

Produce a site route to identify the chosen route which has related to the theme and concept that has been generated. The final outcome for this project would be a postcard series. You are also required to research non postcard designs and produce a packaging.

From this project, I have recalled the development of human civilization in the past as well as present and documentation skills and enhanced creativity through the representation of postcard series. I am also am able to demonstrate good research and documentation skills.
